🐝🕸️ A Busy Month of Learning, Leadership, and Connection 🕸️🐝
The past several weeks have been a powerful reminder of what makes New Jersey’s afterschool and out-of-school time community so special. Across conferences, trainings, and leadership events, professionals from every corner of the state have come together to share ideas, strengthen their skills, and invest in the young people they serve. While each gathering had its own focus, all were united by a common goal: building stronger programs and creating greater opportunities for youth.

One theme echoed throughout each event: none of us do this work alone. The opportunity to learn from colleagues, exchange ideas, and tackle challenges together remains one of the greatest strengths of the OST field. As summer programming gets underway and planning for the months ahead continues, we are grateful to everyone who joined us, shared their expertise, and contributed to these experiences. The conversations may have ended when the sessions concluded, but the relationships, ideas, and inspiration will continue to shape programs across New Jersey long after the last photo was taken.
